The day after the 2-0 win over Pontivy near Port Crouesty. No point in reading too much into the ‘training’ game victory, but as Antoine Kombouaré explained “it’s important to install a winning dynamic early on in the season.” The legs were felling heavy but a sense of satisfaction, as well, accompanied the PSG players onto the pitch at the Stade de Sarzeau.

Still training separately, new signing Mevlut Erding worked with physical trainer Raphael Fêvre, while Zoumana Camara had a light work out after taking a knock. The supporters in attendance also had the pleasure of seeing Guillaume Hoarau take part in his first group session with a ball. The schedule for the warm-down: A ‘toros’ (piggy-in-the-middle) and then some small games.

After a week’s intensive training camp, Antoine Kombouaré offered his players the afternoon off. Autograph hunters were out of luck though as the entire squad opted to take it easy at the team hotel! Two young players, Maxime Partouche and Tripy Makonda, both returned to Paris – called up by the France Under-19 squad.

Monday brings a return to the training with two sessions on the cards (10:00 and 16:00), while a PSG take on Nantes on Tuesday evening in the team’s second friendly of the camp. And like always, you can find out what happened, as soon as it happened – right here – on PSG.FR.
