Paul, taking your injuries concerns into account, how do you see Satruday's match?
""Friday's training put things into a certain light for us. Jérémy Clément, with an injured hand, and Guillaume Hoarau, are in the squad. Jérémy's injury is a blow, because he's an important piece of the puzzle alongside Claude Makélélé as well as the attacking players. We trying to look after him so that he can play. But we may have to leave him out this weekend to avoid losing him for several weeks. Grégory Bourillon is also injured, whereas Guillaume Hoarau hasn't been injured long, so hasn't lost too much rhythm."
In the first match, Saint-Étienne caused you a lot of problems. Will this Saturday's match be any different?
"We're better today than we were back then. We've found a certain stability. We have more variation to our play and we have more confidence in our own abilities, and the fans are a huge support. We inspire fear and it's not entirely unfounded. But we mustn't stop here. Saint-Etienne have very good attacking players such as Ilan, Gomis and Payet. At any rate, this will be a special match. Games between Saint-Etienne and PSG are classics, big games. They are two teams with very string bonds with their fans."
After a clear victory over Nantes, and your third place in the standings, do you think your supporters are hoping for more to come?
"I think our fans are realistic. They know how to make their own judgements. You just need to look at the squad. Several teams brought in a lot of players last summer. To say we have the same potential, both in terms of physicality and skill, as Lyon or Bordeaux is off the mark. Obviously our ambitions have changed since the start of the season, but we haven't forgotten where we''ve come from. There are a lot of games still to play."
