Mamadou, what is your best memory of 2008?
« On a football level, I would say without hesitation our win over Marseille on the 26th of October (2-4). We put in a really great performance. On a personal level, it would be the success of a tournament for children that I organised in Senegal, at Tamba, which was a great joy for me. »

Your worst memory of 2008?
« My injury and the operation that I had to go through. It was my first serious injury and it wasn’t always easy to deal with. »

What did you do onNew Years Eve 2008?
« I spent the evening with friends. We had a barbecue, it was great fun and totally without excess. We played with the games console and made fun of each other. »

What is your wish for 2009?
« It’s not very original, but I’d like to see everyone living in the best conditions and finally have peace in the world.»

How do you see PSG’s first match of 2009, against Montluçon this Sunday in the Coupe de France?
« I can see a great victory, with a Paris side like the one we saw in the first half of the season. We still have to be wary of a Montluçon that we know little about and try and avoid a potential banana skin. »

What is the objective for PSG in 2009?
« We have to keep going on as we have been and we’ll see where we end up at the end of the season. There are still a great deal of matches to play and we have to be prudent. »
